So they made this.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe PolarStar Direct Attachment is a replacement for the original front cylinder on your F2 or JACK.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eWhat gearbox does this fit?\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eShort answer:\u003c\/strong\u003e it doesn't exactly need one. The Direct Attachment replaces the front cylinder on your F2 or JACK and connects directly to The PolarStar Hop Up Thing, allowing the engine to mount directly to the hop-up itself. In a traditional gearbox, the upper shell positions and aligns the HPA system with the hop-up. Because the alignment is now built into the Direct Attachment front cylinders, that portion of the gearbox is no longer needed. The electronics, and trigger\/selector system can still be housed in a modified shell, a printed lower, or a completely custom chassis.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eHow It Works\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eIt's a two-piece system:\u003c\/strong\u003e the Direct Attach Front Cylinder and an internal Adapter.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWhen you thread our Hop Up directly into this assembly, the HPA engine, the hop-up, and the inner barrel become one single, rigid, monolithic unit.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch4\u003eWhy does that matter?\u003c\/h4\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eZero Nozzle Deflection — By locking everything together, there's no room for the nozzle to wiggle or lean when it's loading a BB.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eConsistency = Groups — If the BB loads exactly the same way every time, the hop-up effect stays consistent. Consistent hop means tighter groupings.
